At Wincart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@wincart.store with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@wincart.store within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@wincart.store

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
